SQE Success is an independent study platform. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or any course provider unless expressly stated.
2. The service
SQE Success provides online SQE revision materials and study tools for personal study. The platform is educational only, is not legal advice and does not guarantee any SQE result.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Paid access is personal to the subscriber and must not be shared, resold or redistributed.
4. Plans and automatic renewal
The monthly plan is £47 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. The 3-month plan is £120 every three months and renews automatically every three months until cancelled.
Valid promotions are applied according to the terms shown at checkout. The amount actually due may therefore be lower than the standard plan price.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop renewal from the Account page. Unless consumer law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights. Please read the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Original platform content, design, software and study tools are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Membership gives a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use the platform for private study.
7. Availability and changes
We may update content and features and may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
8. Liability and law
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
